Comfortable stay and service by Mr. Amit Sharma was very good and we are satisfied overall. Food was also excellent and the service was also very fast and swift. We will be happy to be here as a guest again anytime soon. Even the ambience was also very good.

The breakfast spread was great especially the options for jain items were ample. Ajay Sharma's service was exceptional. All the staff is extremely polite, always ready to serve you. Inspite of the hotel being full we did not have to wait even for a minute to get our breakfast. Keep up the good work.

Amazing place to stay..nice and very big property visited there on 18 May of this month..staff are very friendly and helpful one lady from reception Ms Safoora she is very helpful and welcoming..oriental food festival i tried dishes are really good 👍

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 stars) I recently stayed at Gift City Club, Tradition Hotel, and my experience was absolutely wonderful. While the hotel's location and facilities were top-notch, what truly made my stay special was the housekeeping team, especially Mr. Charitar Singh, the Housekeeping Executive. Mr. Charitar Singh is extremely humble, helpful, and professional. He took care of every little need and was always ready to assist with a warm smile. His behavior is truly courteous and welcoming, which leaves a lasting impression on guests. The entire housekeeping staff is very hardworking. Every corner of the hotel was spotless, well-organized, and inviting. Their work reflects a high level of dedication and sincerity. Every time I returned to my room, it felt as fresh and clean as new. I sincerely thank Gift City Club for having such a wonderful housekeeping team. This hotel deserves praise not only for its excellent infrastructure but also for its professional and hardworking team. Would definitely love to visit again!

I stayed at Gift City Club Radisson and was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and warmth of the Duty Manager at the reception Mr. Darshik. From the moment I arrived, they ensured a smooth check-in process, offered helpful local tips, and were always available with a smile whenever I needed assistance. There was a small issue with my room, and the Duty Manager handled it swiftly and courteously, upgrading me without hesitation and ensuring I was comfortable. It's rare to find such dedication and genuine hospitality—this individual truly made my stay memorable. Thank you to the reception team and especially the Duty Manager for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking excellent service and a personal touch.

I ordered veg kofta and dal tadka we came on 17 May, achintay helped us with the order and the food was delicious and mouth watering. Must visit this place if you are in gift city and this will be the one of the best experience you can have in gift city
