Jungle Paradise

Beautiful location, the problem was the rest….

We lived a nightmare for 4 nights, every night we were awakened by one or more mouses in our room that entered from several holes. we asked the hotel staff for 3 times to change room or to solve the problem. the hotel’s owner told us that we were dreaming… The only thing he did was put the spray in the holes but it was completely useless.. Taking into account this big problem, the price was too high (almost 70 € per night). Moreover, the breakfast didn’t offer many choices and there wasn’t water in our room so we asked personal staff it and we had to pay it as extra. SINCERELY WE WILL NEVER RETURN HERE

We loved everything. Quiet and serene location within the jungle. Their bungalows were lovely and comfortably designed. The hosts were really nice and we were welcomed like part of the family. Will definitely come back and stay again for a longer time. Thanks Michael, Tony & Family!

I had horrible experience with the owner of the place. Our stay in the hotel was disastrous. I was expecting Jungle “Paradise” but I got Jungle “Nightmare”

Unwelcome and unfriendly owner. We had very horrific experience. The property is middle of jungle, hard to access and get transportation from the hotel. Owner canceled our taxi booking last minute, told us to walk from the property to main road because we pissed him off ...We walked 30 minutes under the sun because the owner doesn’t like our feedbacks and comments on the first day. So much issues during the stay that I have to file an official complain with booking.com 2nd day : they did not clean and made our room… On the day of check out even the owner treated us with his network to bullet us if we gave him bad review. Please go head and do, It will proof that my review is accurate. The room is ok / location very bad

The cottages are really located in a jungle paradise! It's a little remote, but with a scooter you can easily reach the main road which will bring you to the nearby restaurants and beach clubs. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Looking for a wonderful and quiet place to stay, then I recommend this place!

This place is magical, we had a wonderful experience. Tony and his family were very helpful and accommodating. Yummi breakfast and inviting pool; the room was beautiful, and the open-air bathroom design was stunning. The only downside was the road in, it could do with being paved, and maybe heated water for the bathtub. That being said, we would stay again in a heartbeat, exceptional overall experience, terimah kasih Tony.
