Campo Pequeno Avenida

Jag var på konferens på Gulturgest och det var utmärkt att bo så nära. Badrummen var utmärkta och jag sov skönt i sängen. Trevligt att bo en trappa upp.

The flat itself is quite new, with a modern renovation, fresh bathroom fittings, and clean tiling, which made the overall impression very comfortable and nice. The location is also good — very close to the metro, and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and other useful infrastructure, which made daily life very convenient. The cleaner also came every day, except on weekends and public holidays, which helped keep the common areas generally well maintained. Also it was possible to check-in earlier and it is a was a great option for me. Overall, it is a practical and well-located place, especially for a short stay in Lisbon.

What could be improved: * The coffee machine was broken or working incorrectly. I informed the manager about it, but I am not sure whether it will be repaired or replaced. * The communication with the management felt quite strange. Before check-out, I received a message asking me to leave a positive review and to share any negative feedback privately instead of posting it publicly. However, when I did share my comments and suggestions privately, the response I received was that this is a shared house and that the price is lower because of that. In my opinion, this was a strange reaction. If guests are asked to share feedback privately, it should also be received constructively. * In my room, the window handle was broken, so it was difficult to close and open the window properly. * The apartment needs a proper deep clean. The kitchen cabinet fronts were dirty and stained, and the bathroom tiles also looked like they had not been properly cleaned for a long time. * The apartment is quite noisy. It is located on a high ground floor, close to a square where events and celebrations can take place. If you are sensitive to noise or have trouble falling asleep, I would recommend bringing earplugs. * There are no hooks in the bathrooms for towels, which is very inconvenient when taking a shower. I saw that someone had already mentioned this in previous reviews, but hooks still have not been added. * The shower holders in both shower cabins were also broken, which made using the shower less comfortable. * There are also no hooks in the rooms, which would be useful for clothes, towels, or bags. There is no toilet paper holder in the bathroom, so the toilet paper often ends up on the floor, sometimes in water or dirt. This does not feel very hygienic or comfortable. Overall, the apartment has good potential: the renovation is quite fresh, the location is very convenient, and the place could be much better with some basic maintenance and few small practical improvement

The room was clean. There are two shared bathrooms and toilets, both of which were clean. The location is great — it is in a quiet and safe area. It was close to the airport, train station, metro, and different bus stations. There are lots of good restaurants nearby, and there are markets like Aldi and Lidl where you can shop and cook for yourself.

I wish there were new non-stick pans.

Ik moest een paar keer bij Culturgest zijn en dit was echt op steenworp afstand. En gezien de hitte buiten een grote meevaller. De locatie dichtbij de metro was super. Het guesthouse was ook zeer schoon, netjes, het was er zeer stil, er was een handige keuken en de douche was top.

Ik had in het begin een beetje moeite met de (slappe) pocketvering matras en irritant was ook dat de verlichting in de WC / badkamer gebaseerd was op een bewegingsmelder. Deed je even niets onder douche ging het licht een paar tellen uit...

Estava bem silencioso e agradável. O quarto era bem confortável. Poderia ter um travesseiro a mais, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a estadia. A pessoa responsável pelo contato por e-mail era super atenciosa e deu dicas de passeios e estabelecimentos próximos.

En ny erfarenhet för mig. Otroligt välordnat, tydliga instruktioner, lugnt och fint stället med sköna sängar, varmt vatten, handdukar och allt annat vad jag behövde. Stort rum med bra belysning Området har många restauranger, en mindre shoppingcenter med det mesta du behöver( bilderna nedan) Sra Maria får 10! Super bra kommunikation Kommer med all sannolikhet tillbaka till denna överlag underbara boende

Belysningen på rummet var bra vilket var tur. Gick inte att ha gardinerna isär då alla som gick nere på gatan såg rakt in på mitt rum. Gäller att vara ute så länge det är ljust ute. Ett minus för plåtsängbord, de låter så fort de används

Het verblijf in dit Guesthouse was gewoon goed wat je ook mag verwachten. Voorzien van 2 badkamer 1 grote en 1 kleinere, 5 grote ruime kamers en 1 èèn persoonskamer en gedeelde keuken met wasmachibe koelkast, vaatwasser oven magnetron en een super lieve en vriendelijke Schoonmaakster ze praat geen engels maar ik wel redelijk portugees. en anders google vertaler doet ook wonderen 😊..En de Locatie ..is echt top. zit vlak bij de metro de gele lijn. Aanrader om naar Milù of naar Tim Tim te gaan voor ontbijt (pequeno almoço) en lunch (Almoço) de een zit op een hoek van een kruising de ander gelijk 15 mtr er na persoonlijk vind ik Milù erg fijn en goed kwa alles service is heel goed het eren ook het zijn pastelaria's waar je koffie drinkt een biertje fris en allerlij broodjes eet bij de koffie Tosti Alentejana is echt top!!! is wel een grote en in de middag warm eten van rond de,€10,- á €12 incl biertje of wat anders. ik beveel aan om naar pastelaria's te gaan die druk bezocht worden door de locals hebben die hebben over het algemeen een uitstekend goede service. maar uiteraard de een is de ander niet. ook heb je nog een eetgelegenheid familie zaakje genaamt Espressobar de Esquina heerlijk om daar te lunchen maar ook echt heel druk...omdat de portugezen vaak tussen 12.00 en 15.00 lunchen dus het gaat op en neer.kwa mensen die komen en gaan. zeker waard 😊 Ook een aanrader is van de airport met de metro te gaan rode lijn gaat naar Praça de Saldanha naar de gele lijn om naar Avenida Barbosa du bocage te gaan staat ook op de bordjes welke uitgang je moet nemen. uit gang is 10 meter voor bij de straat...geniet van het mooie lissabon..ik kom er al jaren met plezier
