Разположението е чудесно - на минута от метростанция (жълта линия) и множество автобусни линии, същевременно тихо и уютно място, наблизо (в радиус 300 м) има супермаркет, аптека, търговски център, както и малка пицария. Срещу входа на сградата има малък и много приятен местен ресторант.
