Location was perfect for a trip to London and loved that the parking was secure! Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Owner was very responsive when there was an issue.

The bedroom floor was water damaged with flooring uneven, wet when you walked on it, and dangerous as it caught your foot. Meant it smelt damp. Kettle lid didn't fasten properly, so I had to be careful. There are no instructions on anything, especially regarding WiFi or TV usage.

Clean near where we needed to be comfortable

TV did not work - contacted owner on the Saturday morning and on Sunday morning No reply Sunday Replied late afternoon Saturday - suggesting we may have fixes ourselves - the reason we contacted owner was because neither key holder nor my husband could get tv working

As always perfect stay .. Barbara is the bestiest amazing host I saw in this industry , for a good understander don’t need to say anything else… apartments spotless , all amenities, cross the road find everything you need spacious very cozy … loved highly recommend by me and my husband
