Sunshine Place

Very clean with great facilities. Spacious and well maintained.

It was difficult getting in. The person who met us with the keys on main reception didn’t tell us the accommodation was in a different block with a different entrance door. It took us a lot of wasted time trying to find the flat. They should have told us in the first place where to enter the accommodation.

Location was fantasic. Clean and very warm. I would stay in this block again but not in that apartment. Large sofa. One bed was truely wonderful.

Large doulble bed a big dip in it. The sofa bed was broken and no-one to fix it. They gave me a zbed which had no bedding so I slept on a blanket I had brought with me. Apparently no staff work at the weekends!!!! Needed more mugs, plates and glasses. Dishwasher wouldnt drain.

Someone met us at reception to give us the keys and parking permit, we didn't need to wait long at all. Free parking in the car park, which was very handy. Comfy beds and en-suite bathroom with heated floor.

The water pressure in the apartment wasn't great, but I think that as just because there was some works going on in the area

Inside the apartment was very clean and it was close to many store

Good location right in the centre of Enfield Town. Ideal for getting to Spurs ground for the football on sat. Good range of shops, pubs and restaurants very close. Property was clean and well furnished and ideal for a family.

The arrival process. It is a large complex with underground parking. On arrival it was not at all clear where to park or how to get a key. I got into the car park and then went to reception, there was no one present. I spoke to the contact who said that she would find security to assist and I should wait for someone to leave the building to obtain entry. I got into the building and then was advised to look In a cupboard for an envelope with a key and parking pass. I eventually found the key in the cupboard and then eventually got into the flat with two tired kids after a stressful 4 hour journey. Not enough instruction or assistance. The other thing that was bizarre was the tv was on the wall on a fixed bracket due to this it was very difficult to plug a hdmi in and the sofa was to the left of the tv and viewing was not great.
