Staff was nice.....quiet in hotel

Breakfast was AWFUL 😭 very very limited offerings and the Orange juice was lukewarm..... safety lock was broken....no toilet paper....hardly any towels and TV needed to be programmed before I could use it......

"Lots of problems should be cheaper but a ok stay"

Two of the staff was very friendly when needing something they did what they can to help

The last night was loud, a party must have been going on. Products were low for the breakfast didn’t have enough towels soap exc limited two but only one toilet paper. Drawers were broken and sink clogged. Pool was not usable due to cold weather (was told open but didn’t know freezing) they are working on the place on left side and there wall paper peeling with mold going outside, but staff was friendly and did everything to make it a good stay.

Price wasn't to bad.

The breakfast. Not alot to pick from. Sausage links and fried egg. Not alot of either. A waffle, and stail bread and stain muffins. Juice machine does not work. No hot water to make tea or No tea bags. But had coffee. Not all people like or drink coffee. Could have a few more towels and wash clothes. More toilet paper (no extra besides what was already there).

The landscape was unkept, bushes needed trimming, a tall ladder was outside near windows, a screen was torn. The tub had stains, towel rack over toilet broke when a towel was removed, a sock was under the bed and other debris, floor needed mopping, hallway needed cleaning, no base boards, a door was visibly broken, my door didn’t lock! Needed another room!

They gave me a room with no running water, and the key wouldn’t open the door so they had to open the door for me with the master key. So they gave me another room with smaller beds and one of the bedsheets had cigarette burn marks.
