There is a huge difference between the pictures and reality. Need to improve a lot on cleanliness, service and other things.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The cleanliness was absolutely nonexistent. The first room that I went into the toilet seat was completely covered in urine. The towels had what looked like rust on them. The bathtub did not look like it was properly cleaned, and there was dust and food crumbs all over the counter. If you value cleanliness this is definitely not a place you need to stay.

Nothing, it was completely disgusting. The pictures were probably from 2015 because it looked nothing like it was supposed to

The appearance. My children were so disappointed when we pulled up to the property. The fountain had no water in it and hadn’t been in operation for a long time it looked like. The landscape unkept, siding missing off the building, screen busted on hotel rooms, trash stacked up outside. Went inside and it looked like a condemned hotel. Toilet on the bellhop cart, maybe half the lights were on in the foyer, dingey, pool was half open, deck falling in, room very outdated and stunk! We didn’t stay, requested a refund for over 30 days and have yet to hear back from this property

I refused to put my family in such a place. I canceled reservations after seeing the room, clientele, and area.

Nothing

Everything staff rude should be fired. No remote control for tv. Bathroom tub plugged. Dirty room etc Front desk says if you don't like come get your money and leave and that was at 930 at night.Once again he should be fired

Horrible. Parking lot and grounds were overgrown. Broken windows, building literally looks like it’s falling apart. Lights out in hallways making it pitch black and dangerous. Breakfast was make your own waffles but the machine didn’t work. When I walked in the man at the desk just said ‘ID’. He told me my room number and nothing else.

Our room had dirty sheets, full garbage can, pack of open gum on the tsble and wrappers on the floor. Hallways had cobwebs and non vacuumed floors. In and out in 5 minutes no refund

I like that it was close to other restaurants and stores.

Not pleasant check in and the room we were given was NOT guest ready.

There was no breakfast except one crappy waffle maker and cereal. We stayed for 5 nights and were only given 2 towels and not allowed any fresh ones. We were yelled at for using the microwave in the lobby at 10:30 to heat up our dinner. No microwave in room. No functioning TV. The property was poorly maintained and dirty.

The rooms were nice.

There were no breakfast. It supposed to be. They have pictures of a full breakfast buffet but did not present one.
