Great location!

Location, hotel front, restaurant.

The beds were very uncomfortable.

Great location, close to beaches and restaurants. Very clean, friendly staff we loved the pool.

The rooms never had running water. The blankets had stains. The towels were dirty. The toilet was leaking on the floor.

Suite Patio ocean Veiw nice / non working kitchen,fridge leaked on floor, microwave didn’t work,stove didn’t work,no coffee maker,no hot water until complaining was acknowledged the property is fairly rundown. It’s a nice location that needs some major TLC.

The pool and the location were nice.

The service was very disappointing, especially for the high price. If I was paying half that, I would have expected less but with the high price, you expect a basic level of service. They seem to do the bare minimum. No towels ..until we asked and they were provided grudgingly. No cleaning until the third day when we told them we had no more TP, full garbages, dirty towels, etc. No hot water so cold showers the whole stay. No drinking water, even though hotels are legally required to provide some. No filters for the coffee machine. An incredibly loud fridge right next to the beds. Talked to other rooms who spoke of having one spoon, one fork, in their kitchenettes. The pool showers didn't work at all (no water). Apparently this recently changed ownership so we meet folks who had stayed there for years with the previous owners who used to love it and were shocked how it had gone down hill.

We had stayed one year ago and were very happy - so we returned. In that year, we found the property degraded. Without explanation, one day no one cleaned the room, no clean towels, nothing. No explanation. In general, cleaning staff never cared. Shower at pool no longer worked. Unit Floor was filthy, terraces never cleaned, counters never cleaned. Terrace Plants unwatered. Requested a second key first day, never got one. Staff was kind and tried to help. WiFi worked 20 percent of the time. Still a Great location.

Pool was cold,no drinking water, dirty curtains,old towels, no coffee pot in the kitchen and very few kitchen necessities. We would not go back to this hotel

Excellent location on one of the main streets steps away from restaurants and the beach. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Cute small hotel with a great pool area, surrounded by palms and greenery. The rooms were clean and spacious, they had A/C. Our room had a balcony that faced the pool and we loved to chill in the balcony. The price was very good for the location. We would come back .

The only suggestion would be to do an upgrade to the bathrooms and showers. They are a bit dated.
