Hotel Palmeras

The out side was nice, pool area is nice and the staff try their best. The kitchenette is in rough shape, the utensils are disgusting, and only a pot with no lid and fry pan. The place definitely has potential but it is not worth the price they are charging, until some work is done on the place.

Perfect location. Very clean. They ran out of water every evening and would not get their tanks refilled till at least 9 AM so you could not shower or flush a toilet and no back up restroom facilities.

The staff are awesome. The coffee place inside the lobby was great and very convenient. The location is very central, and you have a huge array of restaurants all around you. Walkable. The bed was very comfy. Very clean place. Beautiful pool.

The only thing that bothered me was the water shortage in the area. Absolutely not the hotels fault. But I felt really bad for the cleaning staff having to deal with gross toilets because it couldn't be flushed..

We had a junior suite which included stove top, full size fridge, etc. etc. Very large open concept room with king bed. Bathroom was good too. Accommodations are old but pretty much excellent. The pool and lush gardens were beautiful. Very quiet and relaxing even though on Main Street. Restaurant food and staff excellent as well as hotel staff especially Antonio!

The pool was warm enough to be in . The location was good 1st time at Bucerias

The room was not what I had booked at all. I booked a room with a kitchenette and the room had nothing not even a coffee pot, was supposed to be a pool view we had a view of a retaining wall 1 foot away from the window and the staff could do nothing about it because I had booked a studio and this was all that was available. I blame booking.com for this error as this is not what a studio comes with and their booking site had the wrong information.

The morning girl at reception was absolutely delightful. She communicated enough English that we understood each other. Very willing to help.

Tv volume didnt work , minor issue.

The Hotel Palmeras entrance and pool courtyard asthetic is stunning. Very clean property. Staff are very kind. As a solo traveler I felt peace and calm here. My room had everything it needed. The view from my room was breathtaking. I love listening to the waves as I go to sleep Thank you Hotel Palmeras. I hope to return soon

My stay was disappointing, no working water in my room, dirty and no wifi in my room

On arrival the debit machine wasn’t working . We tried 4 different cards & nothing worked . It was a day or two later that we finally had someone get that sorted for us .We didn’t have water at all for 2 days , then no hot water . Finally on day 4 we were able to have a hot shower but only late in the afternoon. There wasn’t a coffee maker , the microwave didn’t work, the tv remote was dead , the wifi was horrible . I asked the front desk if we could get a coffee maker as some rooms had them. She said “ I don’t know “ The room was extremely dirty . , especially the bathroom. The bathroom sink didn’t have running water the entire time . It was disgusting ! It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed . I hope they will renovate the rooms and provide their guests with better service in the future .
