Very courteous, friendly and accommodating staff! Pool area and yard very nice! Very good location

Rooms need some upgrading. Cutlery poor and not enough.

The property was tidy and pleasant to walk around. The roof-deck was clean and relaxing to enjoy the sun and warmth. The BBQ area is a great idea.

The bed frame and lack of air passing between the floor and the mattress needs serious attention. The stale air coming up from the sides of the mattress is of old wood smell.That smell permeated our clothes, books, and most items we brought home to Canada I washed the clothes, aired the books but the smell remained.Some items we had to throw out.Please replace the wood and drill holes along the bed frame for aeration.The lower terraced rooms have the most dampness. Fans did not help.We originally booked for a week, a top floor unit but were put in the terraced shaded side.

We love the property & always stay when in Bucerias very central & a bistro right out front is a real bonus. The staff were great🥰 Will be back!🤗

We Weren’t able to get the room we usually have 😥which is a junior suite. Our mistake in booking. Entirely our mistake 🫢not the Hotel’s fault at all. The room we stayed in was immaculate however not what we wanted.

We needed to book a last minute stay for one night. We arrived and were very happy we chose this hotel. Super clean and updated perfectly. We will definitely be back and book a longer stay.

the room was noisy they have a coffee shop/bar right outside our room and every morning they set up the tables at 7;00 waking us up Also in afternoon they had loud not very good music right outside our room The headboard was attached to the wall poorly so every time you moved in the bed it banged against the wall There was no fridge or coffee maker and no toilet paper holder just a roll on top of tank not easy to reach I tried to change room but was told none available even though hotel did not appear to be busy

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and close to the pool. The only issues I had were with the key to my room. It was hard to lock and unlock the door. They also had an issue with water on several mornings.
