The rooms were very clean. The housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the customer care service especially the restaurant and reception staff are not helpful.

I keep coming back to this property every time I visit Moshi. The staff are incredibly thoughtful and tasty me like family! They're super responsive to requests, and very respectful of individual needs and privacy. I was unwell a couple of days and they made suggestions to help me recover.

The workers were very nice and helpful. We saw monkeys in the morning. If you ask for room 207 you get a beautiful view of the Mount Kilimanjaro.

The sheets and blankets were very basic and thin. The mattresses were hard. The showers get water everywhere and there’s barely any hot water. No fridge in the rooms. The rooms are tiny. There’s no real safe only a sort of closet with a key. The road to get to the hotel is horrible and far from the main road.

Mountain view, big 360 degree terrace, good cooks

If you go by the first listed original price and do not upgrade , then the rooms are at the first floor and pretty small

They gave away our room to a guest so we didn’t get to stay there. They did find us another place but it was not as nice and they wanted to charge us the same price. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were friendly but when you reserve several months in advance they shouldn’t give away your room
