Kilimanjaro White House Hotel

The location was 15 minutes tuk tuk ride from the town along an off road track with no lighting. Room only had cold water, dirty bathroom.

Dinner and breakfast were good. Hotel was clean. Off the beaten track. Hotel staff were very accommodating.

Internet issues that they were trying to resolve by installing new equipment.

The whole staff is fantastic and super helpful. I loved the food at the hotel's restaurant!

The internet connection is bad in the rooms and also in the restaurant and reception. The water in the shower is warm, but not hot.

Staff and service were great! View of Mt. Kiki is also great from the terrace!

it was nice and clean In the middle of nowhere lovely rooftop to view mount Kilimanjaro Gerard from the kitchen was amazing - kept us entertained - Thanks actor 🙏🏼

The short travel from main road to hotel was scary in the rain - dirt road with potholes full of water Due to rain, couldn’t see mount Kilimanjaro ( disappointed )

Very nice location within the forest, calm, quite, with fresh air. Easy to communicate with staff, they are very helpful and arranged everything, pickup from the airport and trips. Thanks a lot!

The WiFi never works and we did not have hot water or light at the room until one of the guy tried to help and managed to turned on the generator. The stuff that works there are very nice. We ended up going to another place next day which has working WiFi, and light.
