Very nice and reasonably priced hotel just off the square in the old town. Excellent facility and staff. Too bad our schedule didn't allow for another night

The check-in with a car was a little confusing at first, but it all worked out fine.

Great people very very accommodating. Very helpful. They arrange taxis for us if it was a place that was difficult to walk to fascinating area. You’re right in the heart of it besides everything being perfect they even had a lovely breakfast for €10 a person super accommodating what a great area.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect. The views, especially from the lovely rooftop terraces, were stunning. The staff was friendly and helpful. If there was a way to rate this property even higher, we would! 😊

Right off the main plaza! We stayed in a junior suite and had a glass of wine at sunset—so beautiful!!

The breakfast was average. Boiled eggs and pastries . Would have loved more fruit (berries, bananas, etc) granola, etc. But coffee was good and pasties nice.

Beautiful location and setting. Love the courtyard entry! Staff were very friendly. The view outside our window was amazing.

“Full bed” was 2 twins next to each other; mattresses very firm. Our room was pretty small. (Suggest booking larger room especially if staying more than 2 nights.)

we recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautifully restored small inn in the heart of stunning Montepulciano. We were with two other couples and they all were very pleased with the central location right off Piazza Grande, the unique and well furnished rooms, the welcoming owners and staff and plentiful breakfast options. This was a great home base location to explore nearby sights in Tuscany. We would gladly return to this charming inn.

The only reasons I couldn’t give this place 5 stars is due to the uncomfortable bed/flat pillows, and tough location to park at, but otherwise this place is delightful. For starters, the location of the 10ish room hotel is perfect - just off the main piazza. You can eat or shop anywhere easily from here. Second, the service is top notch, whether you need questions answered or the wonderful breakfast for 10 Euro each morning. Regarding the location- everything in Montepulciano is on a steep hill. We are young so this was fine, but it wouldn’t be good if you have any trouble walking. If you drive and need to park, you’ll need to get directions from the front desk because it is not easy to navigate. You’ll end up walking 5-10 minutes uphill from the parking spot back to the hotel. Overall, a nice stay!
