Hotel Real del Rio

Nestled on the lake shore below the bridge between a lovely restaurant and yacht club. There is a pier to take a ferry to Livingston. Beautiful swimming pool. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The noise from the trucks crossing the bridge.

Good value for money. Comfortable and large bed. Private shower room. Easy access location.

I booked online and at the reception they add extra charge so not all is already included on the price shown online. The noise from the main road just Infront of the hotel and the vehicles vibration is pretty annoying.

Firm bed and pool and very clean. Boat and street access with lots of secure parking. Little dock to tie up your dingy or get a water taxi. Close to good restaurants like Anna’s cafe.

Nice staff and room! It is noisy die to the road but if you live in the city it is the same amount of noise. We were so tired from our trip from Mexico city and went straight to Rio dulce it was easy for us to fall a sleep Also pick up (collectivo/public boat) from the hotel to Livingstone and other river lodges

The Hotel was ok

The hotel was near the bridge over the river with a lot of noise coming from the trucks crossing that bridge.

Clean facility and friendly staff

The bridge traffic is loud with truck hydraulic brakes roaring all night long.

Really helpful staff but you need some Spanish. Best beds we had, water pressure excellent, easy to find great secure parking.

The location is the only drawback because of noise from the elevated highway/bridge. Ear plugs will help with a great sleep
