Hotel Real del Rio

Very good location, nice view of the lake! Very good communication with the stuff! We had an issue during our stay in guatemala and they canceled for free our initial booking without confirming that we would rebook the room!! Big and comfortable beds. Bathroom was a bit small but still you could move inside!

A return trip to Rio Dulce so thought we would stay in town this time. The hostal is clean and tidy and has a very clean pool. Food options close by and places to check out either by foot or collectivo as always. All in all a pleasant stay whilst winding our way through C.A

No need to moan,just spoils your trip. Stay positive and learn to live.

Good location and well kept. Secure parking for motorcycles.

We arrived early (noon) and even though the rooms were ready we had to wait to check in. That kept us from being able to do things in town. We were on motorcycles with gear.

Small and quiet. Nice people, willing to help.

Nice room and pool.

The location is across the bridge from the city center. Around the pool and on the balcony’s it lacks cosy and comfortable decoration and furniture, would have expected that for the price per night we paid.

Comfortable, clean. Staff extremely helpful, organised collectivo for trip to Livingston to call at hotel dock to pick us up.

Staff wonderful, rooms clean and comfortable, shower is excellent, hotel a few steps from a restaurant and a cafe, great views

As you'd expect, it was a bit noisy due to traffic on the bridge ,but I still reckon it's great value for money and will stay again
