Plaza inn Lordsburg

The motel was run down and slummy , I was hesitant to check in but had already paid so I did. I was sent to another motel across the street that was also in terrible condition. The place was unsanitary and neglected, the room smelled awful and was not clean. I could not stay and booked a room at another motel. It was a waste of money.

There’s not hotel there where it maps to. The maps app and google maps says the plaza inn is permanently closed. At 11pm there were no lights and I found a Comfort Inn across the street. The following morning I found the Plaza Inn one block over to the East. It’s open and looked nice enough but there are some serious disconnects with placement in maps, reporting status, and the location.

It is definitely a place where you just stay because you need a break from the long drive cross country. Beds are definitely older and springy, but for the price you get what you get.

Terrible place to stay. I don’t think they’re actually remodeling. My room was on the bottom floor, the window was open and had no lock, the room was dirty and smelly. It was loud like an all night truck stop and it just felt unsafe and overall uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep but maybe 1 hour. When I tried to get ahold of the desk to cancel my second night, no one was to be found. No one would respond to calls and I never got a refund. I ate the cost and ended up paying to stay somewhere else. False advertising all around and a very regrettable experience.

Don't let the outside of the hotel stop you. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Wifi and internet not so great. Couldn't stream anything without buffering and lost connection several times. Hostess is lovely. Must like white noise because air conditioner is loud.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in stunk sooooo bad

First appearances indicate that the business is run-down however give them your time and YOUR business... the staff is awesome and the rooms are clean... renovations take a lot of time, money, and patience,

This place was beyound terrible. The worst was no water to wash with at all. Trashy place, no breakfast as i was told would be. I sent my mother in law and cousins ages 67, 71, 83 to take a trip that they soon might not beable to take. What an experience for what maybe their last. Paying $90 dollars for a one night stay in this place is robbery.

This is an extremely run-down motel that doesn’t look like what’s pictured. The amenities include a continental breakfast, television with premium channels and Netflix, coffee maker, free local calls among the other customary things most motels offer. This dump had NO TV service, NO coffee maker, NO continental breakfast, NO phone, NOT EVEN A BOTTLE OF WATER TO TAKE OUR MEDICATION! The person working the front desk was sleeping when we checked in at 6:30 pm and sleeping when we checked out at 9:00 am. When asked about the breakfast she said “sorry and blamed it on her boss.” When asked about the television she said, “oh it came unplugged last night.” When asked if we could at least have a bottle of water to take our medication she said, “I may have a bottle of water of my own that I could look for!” This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE AS WELL AS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!
