Plaza inn Lordsburg

The owner was very nice and the place was old but newly remodeled. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Overall a quiet, clean motel.

Pleasant overnight. Lots of soft fluffy towels. Staff ready to answer any questions. Roku tv so lots of options. Hotels.com said was breakfast. Coffee but no breakfast. Really ok since very reasonable price for hotel

The reception girls were very sweet and nice, but thats about it. Woke up to tue hole.place smelling like sewage. The air and heat deosnt work. Missing light bulbs. Room was very dirty, tub/shower too. Internet and TV super sloww and buffered forever.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in...tons of trash all over the ground, hair in the bed, sink clogged. Disgusting.

This is an old hotel being actively renovated by staff. Not all rooms are functional, there is daytime construction noise. The exterior is challenged, it almost looks like it is closed/abandoned, like much of the town of Lordsburg. The "Plaza Inn" sign is dark at night. What was really nice was the friendliness, helpfulness, and perfect face mask compliance of staff and guests. A+ on COVID safety and attitude - THANK YOU!! This is the lowest priced motel in Lordsburg, and you get what you pay for. The room needed some help - the room door needed a new coat of paint, the sink had a leak and a bucket was temporarily placed underneath, the mattress was older and a bit bouncy (I slept fine). In many ways, the room was like time travel back to the 1980s. If you can handle some blemishes and want a low price, this is a perfect place for a night. If you demand perfection, pay more and stay somewhere else.

Room dirty, from bathroom mirror, bathroom floor, and carpet not vacuumed. free WiFi and tv didn’t work properly, door didn’t lock properly, and the worst, beds so uncomfortable neither of us slept. My husband finally slept fitfully with pillows under his body as we felt the springs in the mattresses. We are exhausted.

If you're looking to save money but need a decent place to stay overnight, this is it. Although it looks like the motel is in the midst of being worked on or renovated, my room had everything I needed including microwave & fridge. If you don't mind that, then this is a good pit stop and will save you a bit of money over the places nearby. You're right next to a gas station and some restaurants too. There is a Keurig machine in the lobby with good quality K-cups for coffee in the morning, as well. The place was quiet with good heater and good water pressure/hot water in the shower.
