Cleanliness and noise of people in other rooms

The property is situated close to the city centre, and the staff was polite.

Parking is not included, so it was hard to find an empty parking spot nearby since it was a high touristic season. There is no elevator, and we had to carry our luggage on the 4th floor. Basic facilities and not comfortable bed.

Instead of the booked room, we were placed in a room where the window overlooks the ventilation shaft into which air comes from the bakery. overlooks the ventilation shaft into which air comes from the bakery. Ventilation and air conditioning are covered with dust. There is no possibility to ventilate the room! The TV didn't work. To use the kettle, you need to put it on the floor, because the socket is far away. The staff didn't want to compromise. He communicated rudely. Only after 5 days of appeals and complaints to Booking we were moved to a normal room. As a result, the vacation is spoiled, I have stress and circles under my eyes, and my daughter has breathing problems due to the fact that we lived in an unventilated room for a week. We didn't receive any compensation or even an apology. I Strongly Do Not RECOMMEND

The rooms were on the 3rd n 4th floor. We had to wait one and half hours in the hot sun for our rooms when I was told to call a number when I was half an hour away from the accommodation. I told them I will arrive at 2 pm n arrived at 1.30 pm but no one appeared till 3 pm such is their idea of being hospitable.There was no elevator. Though it was stated in the website we didn’t notice. The receptionist didn’t bother with our concerns even though we had two elderly people with knee problems in our group. We had to lug the bags up the stairs. We did not receive any refund when we checked out the next day. Their refund policy is much to be desired. I will never recommend this to anyone.
