Villa Nespola Penthouse

Apartment was excellent and amazing sea views, only a few minutes walk to Cavtat old town. Host friendly and helpful.

You could hear noise from above apartment, moving of chairs talking etc . Banging of wardrobes . ( didn’t spoil it too much )

Fantastic apartment. Spotlessly clean and modern. Both bedrooms were on-suite and the whole apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. Amazing views from the balcony of both harbours. Great to have the free use of the laundry room with washing machine. We were met by Mihaela who was so lovely and provided us with all the information we needed for our stay. Really lovey cleaning lady who changed our towels mid-stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing not to like but just a couple of points to mention. The apartment is located a few hundreds yards up from the main town and the walk may be challenging for some. It also isn’t clear on Booking.com exactly how many apartments there are (there are 3…..2 x 2 bedroom apartments on the first floor and a 3 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor)

Location of Villa Nespola is excellent with supermarket bakery and restaurants a 2 minute walk away. The views from the terrace are spectacular. The apartment itself is far bigger than we expected equipped with everything we needed.

There was nothing we didn't like about the apartment

Fabulous view and its proximity to Cavtat is very close. It felt very safe and was lovely and clean. Bedrooms were great having bathrooms within, very useful.

The living room area was a little small and not comfortable for 4 people.

The apartment is modern, immaculately clean and well looked after. The view from the balcony is amazing and communication from all involved at Villa Nespola is excellent. We would certainly visit again, thank you!

The only slight negative was the apartment being on the airport flight path

Apartment was amazing! Comfortable beds, spacious en suite bathrooms and the view was incredible. I’ve stayed in many hotels/apartments in Cavtat and this was easily the best view.

Just something to be aware of - Cavtat is on the flight path into Dubrovnik airport and the apartment is directly underneath the flight path. We didn’t find this a problem as we were aware but just something to note. There is nothing note to like about the property.

The property was very clean, modern and well equipped - the air conditioning was very welcome! The private balcony has a wonderful view and is a perfect spot to start and finish your day in Cavtat. The apartment was only a few minutes from the centre of town and yet it was very quiet and peaceful. Michaela was wonderful in communicating with us, arranging transfers and just making sure we had everything we needed.
