The big cockroach is on the breakfast table and crawling on the wall, made us disgusted! and the sink in toilet was always stink and the water went very slowly! at the lobby the receptionist moved water bottle away after we had some water from water dispenser. very impolite and dirty hotel I have never seen!

Very quiet, set back from the main road on a small gated street. Wonderful staff and facilities, great WiFi. I would stay there again!

Good and friendly staff. A lady from the hotel kitchen was really kind to offer to clean our own lunch boxes. Breakfast is really good and tasteful.

There wasn't a window to the street in our room. No fresh air.

- Early check-in not charged. We checked in at 12:00, but by rules we should at 14:00 - Delux room is big

- Cleaning, they should find time to clean, when we leave hotel. But in 4 days room was cleaned 1 time only. - Waste water. To get warm water you should spend about 5-10 minutes - No city view from windows (for delux room) - Everyday same breakfast - WiFi doesn't work or speed is very low - Broken recycle bin at bath. You can not open when you push - The shower cabin is not airtight. while taking a shower, the bathroom fills with water - Refrigerator freezer doesn't work good, we put ice-cream at night, but in the morning it has melted - No cheque for payments with detailed information

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. They provided all the usual amenities.

The room size was a bit small.
