24 hour check in. Room was cleaned every day. internet is good.

Service and accommodation: We booked this hotel for three days, two nights, and specified late check-in as our flight arrived at 2AM. We got a key from the room, but when we entered (at 3am) there was a couple sleeping inside! okay, we returned back and the guy gave us another room. But when we enter there, it was not cleaned: garbage on the floor, half-full bottles of water from other visitors and spoiled food in the fridge! I understood that the guy at reception knew that the room is not good because when he gave us second key he said that he will change the room in the morning. My guess is that as we had really late check-in (however, directly confirmed by the hotel), they just rent our paid room to this couple! it was really terrible to have this experience after long flight at night. in the morning, I’ve asked to change the room, and complained about dirty room and spoiled food. I asked about the discount as in fact they did not provide proper accommodation for this night. the guy did not apologise and just said that he will talk with a manager about the discount. we moved our clothes to a new room (in fact, that was a room with sleeping couple from previous night, that’s why I think they rent our room to another visitors). but this was even not the end of the story. when we returned back from a walk, we found spoiled food again in the fridge in new room! although I complained about it, they just didn’t mind and bring it to our new room, so I had to take it and to bring to reception by myself. after all, guy at reception did not apologise for anything and took full price saying that they do not have any discounts there. we had really really bad experience, did not want to start our acquaintance with beautiful Uzbekistan from that. I am really sad about the service and about the overall attitude. do not recommend to anyone.
