Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your property, as there were several issues that affected my experience. Firstly, the shower head in the bathroom was not functioning properly. In addition, the glass shelf for toiletries appeared loose and unstable, which made me concerned about placing my personal items there. Furthermore, the bedsheets were not in a satisfactory condition, as there were visible yellow stains. This raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Lastly, I was disappointed with the service provided by the staff on the night shift yesterday, as the attitude displayed was not up to the expected standard.
