USStaff was very friendly and check in was clear and easy.
We stayed in lower level room which was convenient so that we didn’t have to carry suitcases up a narrow spiral staircase. However the people staying above us were very loud until 11:15pm and the floors are such that you can hear people running around above.

MYThe bed are quite comfy. Strategic location.
Room too small. Maybe should adjust the bed layout. Too small to walk around the room. The TV was not functioning well. Although staff already repaired, the screen still turns to different angles.
