The room itself is decent in terms of infrastructure, it is exactly as shown in the photos.

The location is not good—it’s about a 40-minute walk from the Old Town and an hour from the beach. When we arrived at the room, the floor had hair on it and was dirty, and we had to ask for it to be cleaned. There were also mosquitoes in the room, and we had to request something to get rid of them. Additionally, there is a lot of street noise that can be heard from the room. Also, when we arrived, they imposed several conditions, and during both check-in and check-out they took photos of us from behind, as if trying to do it without us noticing. When we asked about it at check-out, they denied taking any photos, even though they had done it right next to us. Moreover, this is not a homestay where you feel independent. To get to your room, you have to walk through the middle of their house, and the owners always have a watchful attitude—monitoring when you come and go, whether you left the key before going out, how you’re leaving, etc. Also, if you arrive after 10 pm, you have to call them and wait for them to wake up to open the door, so you don’t have full independence.

The communication with staff through the booking.com portal was very good. I was admitted to the hospital on an emergency for a week and communicated with them about my luggage. They kept it safe and were very nice about everything.

Phòng dơ, không có khăn, nước uống, các dụng cụ cần thiết cũng không có( máy sấy, tủ lạnh,…) Chủ nhà sợ tốn điện, dùng quạt thì không được mở máy lạnh, còn đòi vô phòng cúp cầu dao máy lạnh???
