Self check in. Good location,close to shops and town centre. Nice sitting area around pool. Lovely garden. Good vibes. Complementary coffee biscuits and water was very nice. WiFi working well, also hot water.

the bed was extremely soft water in the pool was ok but the actual pool need a bit maintenance ( we dint have time to use it, spent there just one night)

Todo excelente, todos los días hacen limpieza te ofrecen agua, galletas y café, están al pendiente de que no falte nada en tu habitación, disfrutamos mucho la estancia.

Excelente lugar para quedarse, muy cercano al centro de convenciones, al centro y a la avenida Montejo, muy limpio, te dejan cafe, galletas t agua diario, el personal que hace el aseo diario muy eficientes, hay ventilador y aire acondicionado

It's close to Centro Internacional de Congresos de Yucatán in a quiet residential neighbourhood. the apartment was very spacious and has a modern bathroom.

The kitchen was just a hot plate, a sink, refrigerator, coffeemaker, and table. This was ok though as it turned out that I wouldn't cook in the evening anyway. The huge hot tub in the bathroom wasn't connected yet.

First, it is a ground floor building, and my bedroom windows would not lock!! My feet were black and had many long hairs on them after walking to and from the bathroom. Beds are ultra cheap, you can feel each spring.

It was very clean. With air conditioning. All beautiful. The pool is great.
