Lia Apartment

This place is not safe, stayed just Friday night 15th, originally booked for 2 nights, only ended up staying one night. Packed my stuff next morning early and left key in front letter his and left immediately! This property should not be allowed on booking.com. Please all travellers be aware!! There is tons of steps up to the apartment. The key for the room is jammy. The room and bed are cold, mattress not comfortable. The door looks like locks have been changed a few times. Owner does not meet you with key. No proper bed covers. Window not overlooking views as described. I had late check in when I arrived, I did not receive notification. From 11pm when I arrived, it was noisy with a couple and a baby in the room next to me. It sounded abnormal as the couple would not stop roaring and laughing, banging the walls and a baby crying. If made no sense to me, went on until 2am in the morning, in the meantime I booked a hotel in centre of La Spezia much safer and up to scratch.

The location, the get in system

Bed is comfy and king size. I stayed for a night. Shared bathroom and clean. TV and fridge are functional. Location is just few mins away by walk from La Spezia centrale.

I find it unprofessional to send the voucher for breakfast after we have already left. It should have been sent when contacted me about the passwords So we paid 40 euros extra for nothing

INCREÍBLE, las personas que nos atendieron fueron súper amables y atentos. nos ayudaron a resolver todas las dudas, la habitación estaba limpia y perfectas condiciones, la ubicación está perfecta y wow.

The room was a good size. There were tea and coffee facilities (but no milk). There was a little fridge in the room.

There are lots of stairs which is difficult with a large suitcase. There are no staff on-site, but they are fairly responsive via messaging.

Cheap spot for our overnight stay. Arrived late and left in the morning and had everything we needed
