The hotel is an all inclusive hotel but not when it comes to treating fellow Kenyans with inclusivisity. If you ever stay here and plan to step out to explore the diani night life, this is not the place. The guard will not open the gate for you stating that this isn't the time to come back. Despite knowing very well the contract i signed while checking in has no clause on their imaginary curfew. Not only will the guard deny you access to your room, he will proceed to demean you and disrespect you and no one will take any action. If you are looking for a place with good hospitality and respectful staff. This isn't it. If you are looking to sue someone for emotional damage. This is the place.

Hotel wspaniale polozony dokladnie przed Robinson Island. Plaza piekna jak wszedzie w tej okolicy. Basen i bar bardzo przyjemny. Pokoj rodzinny 2+2 z dwiema łazienkami. Codzienna wymiana recznikow i dostawa wody w butelakch. Dostepnosc lezakow w ogrodzie nad basanem. Teren zielony bardzo czysty i zadbany. Restauracje na świeżym powietrzu w bardzo miłej atmosferze. Dobra oferta all inclusive bez koniecznosci noszenia opasek.

Stosunek ceny do jakości jest bardzo dobry. Hotel ma juz jednak swoje lata i trzeba to uwzględnić. Szczególnie łazienki w naszym pokoju juz mocno odstawały od standardu (ale byly czyściutkie i codziennie wymieniane ręczniki i zestaw płynów do mycia). Brak lodowki w pokoju rodzinnym. Wieczorne show zbyt porywajace nie było 😉

The Gym was unusable, equipment broken and dirty. The kettle in the room was dangerous as it would not automatically turn off once boiled so the handle got extremely hot.

Bed linen were not changed for the days I was there and the pillows did not have pillow cases.Thats unhygienic you see all the dirt and sweat from the past.Towels were changed once.

The staff were super friendly. There was plenty of variety and quantity of food. Lovely pool and the hotel is on the beach. Very affordable lovely massage.

There was litter in the grounds that didn’t seem to get collected yet there were garden staff who kept the plants and grass looking lovely. The gym was very basic and the one running machine didn’t work. We also had a number of maintenance issues such as air conditioning control and shower temperature problems which never got resolved.
