Sehr vielseitiges Buffet und toller Service. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Insbesondere der Servicemitarbeiter im Restaurant Said war herausragend gut, immer sehr um das Wohl der Gaste bemüht. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Am Strandbereich wird man teilweise sehr penetrant angesprochen, dies kann man aber nicht dem Hotel anlasten

Meine Meinung nach ist es gibt zu viel im Angebot. Es ware besser mit wenig aber mit vershiedenen Kulturellen

The aircon is to small for the room ,really a challenge in the heat

Ac in room 205 wasn’t working we constantly had to call for maintenance.receptionist natalia was very rude

Food, does not offer diverse menu. Bacon from breakfast is the most of putting bacon i have tasted. (Oily cardboard), sour deserts.......! Instead of soup of day have curry of day also, not everyone wants to eat soup while on holiday. Flies sitting on food, staff looking at flies and doing nothing. Or does the flies work there 🤔 Rooms need to be spring cleaned.....I had lizard 💩 on my bed....spiders and ants galore. ****please carry own towel, the ones you find there smells like its getting washed with eggs. All cooldrinks have no fizz?? Beware of KARENS at the pool....telling little kids not to splash water 🙄
