"Refused guest. No help"

Arrived, was informed they aren’t taking guest due to Tet holiday- even when the property is available on booking.com. Property did not cancel booking, advised I would have to cancel the booking on my end. Did not receive any help or support to find accommodation in area.

We ask to be able to check in early, we receive confirmation and acceptance email from the establishment and Booking.com. We call the establishment to confirm early check-in. When we arrived they gave us the possibility of doing it in one room and the other until two in the afternoon I had to go to another hotel
