"Amazing stay"

I had an amazing time at Lacasa Homestay The people are incredibly are absolutely lovely. The receptionist is the absolute sweetest and kindest person. The room was very spacious and clean and the location of the Homestay very practical.

Hospitality and amazing service from the lady on the front desk. Quick to offer recommendations (with no hidden agendas) and helpful insight into where to go for sunset etc. Amazing reasonably priced coffee two doors down. Dorm ended up being private for me and my friend. Not advised as a solo traveller to check in outside of main hours

No-one present at check in (albeit responded quickly on WhatsApp with all information). No locks on the main dorm door. Bit disconcerting that it would be hard to leave the property once the main shutter closes at night time. Bins and bathroom not cleaned frequently enough and room floor unclean upon check in. Place doesn’t really look like the photos and much more ‘lived in’ and a little untidy. Super hot bathrooms as not closed in with air con.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is more local people, which I enjoyed more than middle of old town aria. Very economical place.

Some staffy air in the room I had. I have to use AC and fan to make me conputable. May be just for me.

Loves it was tucked away from the chaos, the staff were extremely friendly and good fun to be around. There is a great little cafe at the end of the alleyway. I had a scooter so getting into town was no problem. Great location for site seeing around hue.

Very nice place, quiet in a side street. Tchang was really helpful in booking transportation to the next destination. Staff has excellent English. Very nice coffee next to the hostel.

nice house, vintage, the bed is super comfortable, friendly staffs, quiet. have a lovely kitchen that i found so much promising when staying for a long time

the room isn't smell so good, especially the bathroom. they really need some essential oil diffuser
