The view from both from the apartment and the rooftop terrace, the well-equipped kitchen, the confortables of the beds and the quietness of the neighborhood

The confusion of the check-in process which was sorted out relatively fast and the lack of cleaning supplies available to use (thrash bags, mop and broom, cleaning products). And the most important: shower drain clogged, barely enough hot water, very weak water pressure

Nise’s location is great; we love the neighborhood market up the street and the proximity to the Malecón. The apartment is both spacious and comfortable. The stacking glass door opening up to the balcony allows us to feel like we are part of the neighborhood, even while inside.

The kitchen appliances are really nice, and it is stocked adequately. The dishes and glasses are fine, but the knives, and kitchen shears are very used at this point.

The view from the roof and our unit on the 5th floor was perfect! The elevator worked, and the adjacent stairs were convenient. The unit itself was wonderful with 2 br 2 ba, a full kitchen and living room, and balconies in every room. The beds were comfortable. The closets were huge. Shower and toilets were well laid out. Once we figured out how to use the a/c, it was comfortably temperature controlled. With a/c offband all doors and windows open, there was a lovely breeze. I injured myself a week before our trip and was on a knee scooter. This could have been problematic, but it worked well in unit 502 once we managed the giant front door step. Getting up the set of (10?) stairs from level 6 to the pool required the ability to hop, so if you're fully wheelchair bound, this place is not for you. The off site management was very responsive to my (many) inquiries.

Again with my mobility, the view is great because you're way up a steep hill paved with very rough cobblestone, but even when I rented a mobility scooter it was not possible to get to town without using an Uber or taxi. Had I been afoot, I still would have had trouble going up and down all the stairs to town. It's very steep. It would have been helpful if the hosts had a book of instructions when you enter so you can see how to control the electronics.

Location was good for walking to ocean and malecon. Place was clean and comfortable. Pool on rooftop has wonderful view. A/C was robust and worked well, which we were grateful for as it was extremely hot outside. A couple of good minimarts with a block to stock up on non-perishables.

More places to hang towels in bathroom to dry. provide more towels and maybe replace with new. Safe was a waste, didn't unlock and isn't the most secure type. More hangers in closet would be helpful. Only 1 umbrella on rooftop so limited shade available, more would be great.

Great view, location and close to the malecon, good exercise going up the hill.
