The view from the rooftop pool was absolutely incredible and has absolutely made our stay. It felt really private, and spending the hottest hours of the day relaxing with such a view felt wonderful. The apartment itself was big, clean, and the AC worked great. Wifi is fast everywhere in the building, including the rooftop. Huge, comfortable beds.

The only slight criticism is that the garbage bin on the rooftop could have been emptied more often. Also, we thought the room lighting felt a little "cold" - but that's easily fixable with warmer lightbulbs. Other than that we loved everything.

Location is excellent.

A larger more comfortable couch would have been nice in the common area. With no one to introduce you to the unit or no additional details, you have to actively walk through the unit and just be curious opening doors to find everything you may need. And if you can’t walk hills, this place will be challenging.

If you want to experience Puerto Vallarta like a local, this is the place for you. If you want room service, and to be in a resort, then this is not your first place. It was a a wonderful place, and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Mexico is a different culture than the US, and if you accept that and want to be down in the heart of it all, then this is it!!! It’s not perfect, but well worth it.

The hike was the worst part, but it got easier every day.

The views are amazing. The staff made nice accommodation for us and were responsive and helpful. The elevator came in real handy when my daughter experienced a sting ray sting on a beach in nuevo vallarta, so it was nice to still have a relaxing pool rooftop while she was recovering. The bed was very stiff, just not our personal preference. While elevator was key, you should know that the cobblestones and lots of stairs to get down to Malecon and ZR. A nice place and would stay there again overall and you should too!

The most amazing thing about the property was the rooftop. The balcony was also decent. Location was also pretty good.

The living room was not as big as the picture made it seem. The apt was dated, some of the cabinets were broken. Although you were suppose to be able to cook, it wasn’t sufficiently prepped for someone to cook (minimal items in the kitchen). The contact person, Briz or breez, was none responsive (had to reach out to the cleaning lady, who was very nice.)
