Great location and view from the pool on top of the building, great room and quiet neighborhood. Clean and full size fridge

I liked the ease of getting into the property, the location, and the layout.

When I added a third person to a property that accommodates five, someone at NISE wanted to charge me more. I objected and in the end did not pay more, although that only became clear when I wasn't charged more -- so that was a bit of unpleasantness that accompanied my stay.

Great location, really close to the famous Puerto Vallarta sign and Malecón. Apartment was very spacious giving everyone privacy and the apartment had a balcony. They had a rooftop pool which over looked the beach and it was stunning.

It was located in a very steep hill, so walking back was a hassle because did the sidewalks. There is no laundry room for guest to use. The sofa bed needs a little upgrade.

Pool view, however, there was smashed pane of glass for the duration of our stay. Also, the toilet at the pool had no TP and nothing to wash your hands.

Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, to the point really hurt my back. Staff were really rude when I reported the broken sofa bed. They showed me another room that was worse and even tried to have me sleep on a regular sofa. I ended up sleeping on blow up mattress. The first blow up mattress smelled of urine and covered in mold. Photos attached Dirty not cleaned very well. Shower handle kept falling off in bathroom, drains blocked with previous guest hair and water pressure really bad Top floor windows in stairs case wide open and extremely unsafe. Do NOT bring kids here.

The place was conveniently right next to the Zona Romantica (10 min walk) and also nearby the Malecon area (also about 10 min) right in the middle of the 2 areas we wanted to explore. We had a beautiful view from our balcony into the ocean, with some other buildings in the background that added to the view. The place was simple yet modern, and the smart TV in the living allowed us to watch Netflix. The rooms were very clean and spacious. A/C worked great. Anything you would need for a week's stay in the kitchen: utensils, cups, pots, pans, etc. WiFI also worked like a charm and was able to get some work done. Was easy to get into the place with clear instructions and door keypads. Allowed for us to hold our luggage before and after the trip on the premises. The top-floor hangout area was amazing! Such a beautiful view that seemed like one of the highest places in the area to overlook out to the city. Beautiful sunsets, and it was nice to dip into the refreshing pool. Host was very helpful and responsive before, during and after the trip. Would definitely stay here again.

There is nothing really bad to say. Be careful leaving windows open! We had a few little gecko friends join us! Uber/Lyft were cheap to get around, so use those! If you decide to walk around, you'll be going up and down a lot of steep steps back and forth! The nearest convenience store was maybe a 7-minute walk (feels like a hike!) Otherwise, everything was amazing, can't complain :-)

Hot was disappeared on 3rd day, so 2 days of cold showers! Pool water was cold and pool falling apart

Nice place! Felt safe. Stunning views. Not recommended for people who have a hard time with stairs as there is a lot of climbing stairs if you want to walk to places and not drive or take a taxi.
