The pool deck was superb with comfortable furniture. We could call and get what we needed. Clean.

Chipped glass on coffee table wounded husband 3 times. Initial room mix-up. Couch was cheap and very uncomfortable. No spare towels, washclothes. Area is easy if you are a mountain goat (extreme hills). No towel drop off without asking.

We only stayed a few days and the property met all our needs. The property managers were easy to communicate with and allowed us to store our luggage before check in time which was really appreciated. We really liked the location. It is up the hill so if you have mobility issues, you would have to take a taxi, but we enjoyed the walk and within a few short minutes, you are down on the Malecon. The apartment was clean and comfortable and quiet. The kitchen wasn’t very well stocked for cooking and was missing a few things, most notably a coffee pot, but I’m confident had we had asked they would have been provided. The rooftop pool area was nice -the view is amazing!- but could use a little TLC and maintenance. We met a few other guests up at the pool which was fun.

Love the building and location. The rooftop lounge area and pool have amazing views and are very nice to use. The host is very professional, easy to communicate with, and is accommodating for earlier arrival/ late departure by providing a pace to store bags.

Both the extra blanket and the bedding had a lot of stains on them, I was really uncomfortable using them, but there was no other bedding in the apartment. The couch is also full of stains. The shower drain did not drain because of all of the hair in it. I hung one of my personal towels in the window to dry and it was stolen, I did not expect that to happen, I do believe it to be a safe area, but I guess someone really needed more towels? Not sure.

Quieter part of town, rooftop pool, large units with kitchen and patios!
