AMP FLAT Nishijin 3

位置很好，方便。距離地鐵站跟商店街及唐吉柯德都很近，步行10分鐘。樓下很多拉麵店燒烤店，還有一間大型百貨商場無印良品。

1.電梯很小只能四個人進去，電梯牆面有貼地毯，那個地毯味道很臭，進去要憋氣。 2設備：廚房設備不是很齊全，乾淨度不太好，抽油煙機看起來沒使用過舊舊的生鏽灰塵也有，煮熱水也只能用鐵壺煮熱開水很不方便，希望有電熱水壺。 餐具🍴筷子叉子湯匙碗盤都不夠，我們10人預訂後卻沒有可以10人的餐具。 3.客廳桌子只有一張跟圖片一樣很小 3.環境周邊：街邊有一些風俗館半夜會比較吵。 5備品：衛生紙、垃圾袋等沒有附五天份備品，第一次用完的備品需自行添購購買衛生紙及垃圾袋，第一次遇到，官網預訂的說明都沒有說到，垃圾袋需要自行添購，覺得不太合理。 6掃除用具：吸塵器很難用，也沒有掃把。 7客廳有兩台冷氣其中一台冷氣會滴水不要開，但還可以勉強涼。

一家9人，分3個臥室睡覺有隱私，地點超棒，離地鐵超商或超市都很方便

3個臥室的設計，意味著至少5~7人或以上人員入住，但電梯卻小得可憐，一次只能2人+2行李， 寬敞的客廳只有一張小小的桌子及4人可坐的位置，若要家庭聚會真的很不OK，建議可增設多點椅子及大點的餐桌

Very good location. Just behind the Nishijin station, full of restaurants and convenience stores. The house is huge. Plenty space for a big suitcases. 3 washing basins, two toilets, two bathrooms.

Since this is a drinking district, there was a noise from downstairs until after midnight. AND, please put a dining table and chairs. There is a nice kitchen, but no place to eat.

The location of the property was good and it was very near to the train station. Even with luggage, kids and old folks, we manage to make our way on foot to the apartment fairly quickly. We can only check in from 5pm but were allowed to deposit our luggage there from 12pm. We met someone (not sure if it was the host) there when we went to put our luggage and they rushed the cleaning to allow us to check in from 3pm. Really appreciated that. Messages to the host were answered very promptly. Instructions on how to unlock and lock the doors were very clear and easy to understand. Apartment was clean and well kept. The 3 sinks for washing up for morning and night were a bonus. Allowed our party of 11 to wash up pretty quickly.

There were a few eateries around the place and at night you can hear rowdy people shouting very loudly even after 10pm. Sounds like they were drunk.

There are no facility for personnel utilities such as cloth washing powder, tooth bushes, tooth paste, etc. Gas stove is not operative and no instruction for operation.
