Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, der Pool ist einzigartig und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und haben einen wunderschönen Ausblick.

Leider erweitert sich das Hotel gerade und nebenan ist eine Bausstelle. Die Arbeiten laufen durchgehend und man hatte den Lärm durchgängig gehört.

Super friendly and professional staff. They really truly care about your experience and you can tell from the little things they do or remember about your wants and needs. We love seeing the monkeys coming past the villa everyday! Breakfast is delicious and the spa has tremendous masseuses, Dewi and Putu were amazing!

Nothing

We just had an amazing time from the room, to the support of the staff. The bed was huge and the room quite modern. The reception helped us a lot with our next accommodation as well. We also saw some monkeys and the restaurant was also very nice. The first day, we had the Rejuvenate Package with Yoga, Meditation, a massage and spice bath. It was really amazing!. The next day we had a 6 hour trip around Ubud with Dewa. We visited the coffee plantation, the Suwat waterfall, the Pura Tirta Empul Temple and the Tegalalang rice terraces. It was a beautiful day. Dewa was very kind and gave us a lot of information about the culture and the religion. It was one if the best stays we ever had.

Only the drain system of the shower at least in our room was not working properly, so it flooded if not showered fast enough. But this was the only little issue. Other than that, perfect 👌 The reception tried to organize a fix directly.

Very comfortable villa with a beautiful private pool. The included breakfast was from a delicious range of options. Also had a fantastic complementary message

Problem with tv that kept switching off

We had an amazing stay at this resort. The luxury service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, warm, attentive, and highly professional, always making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Everything was perfect and truly high-end. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, and the view overlooking the jungle was absolutely stunning and unforgettable. This resort offers a real luxury experience in a beautiful and peaceful setting. We highly recommend it and would definitely come back again.

Le bruit des travaux, le fait qu’il y est un rat sur notre terrasse, nous n’avons donc pas pu y retourner du séjour, c’est dommage, nous fumions devant la porte de notre chambre, le petit déjeuner n’était pas bon et offrait un choix limité pour les personnes vegan
