The staff where all kind and attentive. The resort is fairly centrally located and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

The resort was undergoing major renovations which we were not informed about prior to arriving. Had we known this we would not have stayed here as this negatively impacted our stay.

The construction was a little loud but not too bad.

The property itself, is not only impeccably designed and crafted to honour Bali’s history and heart, but the rooms, facilities, attention to detail, and thoughtful and delightful luxuries made me feel like royalty.
