I highly recommend it, very clean room.

Location is good. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I didn't order breakfast, so can't say anything about it.

It seems that rooms were made by partition of larger rooms, and you can hear anything your neighbour does. Bring in earplugs. Communication with hosts was initially so-so, but later got better.

Very welcoming staff and very clean and well presented rooms. Great location and welcome pack was well informed and helpful for local area and amenities.

Lots of stairs to our room at the top which was hard with luggage and lacking in much storage as we had a small double room however was not too much of a hassle but I do think an older person may struggle with the stairs.

Comfy bed, nice decor, amazing host.

Traffic noise, noisy people in the room next door (no reflection on the host) Would have liked a cooked breakfast option.

Amy was a amazing host. Very accommodating and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Great location, near to all attractions but as its central, parking is a bit harder if you're coming by car.

The Rosewood was lovely- Amy was a fantastic host and went above and beyond when I stupidly left my jacket in the room. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms and bathrooms very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for the seafront and the abbey.
