Location, beautiful room nr 5 with the sea view, kindest host in the universe, super comfy bed, amenities, all perfection , 5 min walk to Spanish Barn and 12 to the station, few min to the sea and grand hotel for food

The location is great, the room is clean, Amy is a very friendly hostess who gave very clear and easy instructions for self check in.

Such a marvellous place! The hosts, Amy and Richard, love being hosts and make you feel really welcome. The rooms in a neo-romantic style (with a tiny fridge including milk for the tea), the breakfast (table set for each room) , the whole house - you can feel, that they love what they do.

Beautiful hotel, big room, good location and friendly owner

The location was ideal to easily access the town center, restaurants, beach etc. I found the accommodation to be valued for money. I liked my choice of holiday destination and hoping to explore more cities like this next year.

I think the room cleaning schedule of once every 3 days is not acceptable for hygiene purposes. I'd prefer that the room cleaning be at least once every 2 days. Changing guest bed sheets as part of the cleaning procedure would be appreciated. It is unfortunate that I had to stay in the same sheet for my 5 days stay.

Room clean and comfy, host friendly and welcoming. Excellent location with town centre and sea front only a short walk away. Excellent transport links
