It was clean and good location and pool was small but nice

Dishonest staff I noticed I was missing money $20 American and $50 Canadian very upsetting there is no safe so even if cash was hidden it was taken I notified David at front desk but no response

Located in a quite area but close to center and beach. Clean and comfortable. Good pool area. We enjoyed it.

Very nice hotel staff, hotel is close to the harbour so it is easy to walk there.

Water pressure was low in the shower, the pillows were too high for my liking.

Compared to other prices this is a steal of you want to stay on your own versus a hostel. Very close to ferry (maybe 5 min walk) and very close to the beaches maybe around 10 minutes. As others mentioned , Holbox does flood when it rains I still managed to walk around.

Quiet, comfortable, super friendly staff. Surprisingly good wifi for the island.

I left my jewelry in a bag in my room when we went to the beach. When we came back in the afternoon 1 (expensive) necklace was stolen. The door was locked all day except for cleaning - when I went to the manager they said the cleaninglady / they didn’t take it and they were of no help further. Afterwards they stopped cleaning our room without letting us know or asking us. The stay was okay overall but this made it a very bad experience. Please take your valuable belongings with you when you go out! (There is no safe). We also had some issues with hot water now and then.

It is close to center and to sit in the garden is nice.

The room was not very clean (sheets, towels) and from my point of view overpriced compared with the performance. The Wi-Fi was also not working one day.

Location is about 10,minute walk to the beach.

Pool had no water and streets were flooded it was raining for a couple of days.

The service was very helpful, very friendly , located in a couple streets from the ferry

I wish they have a heated pool in the winter
