The hotel is lovely decorated, very clean and quiet. Our king room was spacious, with AC and fridge. The receptionist was very kind and helpfull with all our requests. They stored our luggages until the room was ready for free. We liked the location just one road away from the main one, close to the port and away from the noisy city center.

The stuff was very nice and helpful! The room is very clean, the bed were comfortable and there was hot water in the shower. The AC worked grats

The location is a bit far from the center but it like 5-10 min walk so it didn’t bother us. Also, the pool is a bit small than the photos.

The hotel was very well located, close to the ferry, to the city center and to the beach. Provisioning of towel for the beach was unexpected and turn-out to be very useful. Air-conditioning and ventilator work well. The pool was a plus during the hottest time of the day and at the evening. The room was clean and Davide was very friendly and provided all needed information at Hotbox.

All was really good but some margin of improvement may be achieved by including a small cooking burner (even if electrical) or a microwave oven in the room.

Perfect location, less than 5 minutes from ferry and about 7 minutes to walk to the beach. Totally quiet at nights but totally walking distance to everywhere. Rooms are simple but clean and lovely. No bugs, one pathetic fly in my room during my whole stay. Nice little fridge to keep your snacks and drinks cold. The water pressure in shower was awesome. Loved the big mirror on bathroom door. Pool is lovely. Not huge, but so nice to cool down after a hot day. Lots of chairs and tables in the garden (considering that hotel has 10 rooms), so you can hang out and watch hummingbirds. Staff is friendly and my favourite was Oreo, the official hotel mascot (cat). He keeps you company and the softest meow ever. Such a chill little dude. If I'll go back to Holbox, I'll book this hotel again for sure.
