The location was perfect and the room was clean and very good size. Wonderful sea view, comfortable bed and all the little touches from Margaret. Fresh milk in the fridge, Yorkshire tea bags and thoughtful gifts.

We loved our stay, nothing we didn’t like.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Great communication before, during and on check out. Parking available and a short distance from a beach and local amenities. Beautiful welcome gift which we felt was a lovely touch.

Excellent location, by the beach. Good size room. Very welcoming and accommodating staff. Highly recommend the beach hut for breakfast.

The nicest place we have stayed so far in Great Yarmouth . Plenty of on street parking , the building was lovely and a welcoming sight . Spotlessly clean . We had a queen room and the bed was so comfy ,we slept well . Water , tea , coffee provided . Would definitely stay again .

Our room was large, very clean and extremely comfortable. Location was very central and we could walk into the main town. We would always opt to stay here. Our host, Margaret is amazing, she is very friendly and pays do much attention to her customers. If you are thinking about booking, do ot you will love it.
