I stayed at Annabelle Rooms in Great Yarmouth for one very windy night in October while completing the North Norfolk Coastal cycling route. The owner, Margaret, was warm, chatty, and welcoming when I arrived. She made me feel right at home and even fetched me some fresh milk for my tea! The double bedroom was beautifully decorated, large and spacious, with a modern Smart TV and a lovely, clean ensuite bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there was a great selection of teas and coffees. Everything was tastefully done and spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved the Annabelle Rooms. We had only booked for one night but were so happy with it and Great Yarmouth we stayed for two. Margaret the host was so lovely, friendly and helpful. Great view of the ocean from our room and only a few blocks walk to town centre. Great Pubs we walked to and had great time were The Feathers and The Prom Hotel. Excellent day at Great Yarmouth races with excellent course and facilities. Thank you Great Yarmouth and the Annabelle Rooms = it's been grand! PS. Went to Winterton beach. Lovely food and setting at beautiful beach. Plenty of parking. The seal rescue team were there and had rescued an undernourished baby seal caused by mystery illness they are getting. RSPCA will progress him from fish soup to larger and larger fish until he is big and strong enough to release. Rescue Team said it is important for people not to try and put unwell seal pups back into the water as they are too weak and need rescue. Please, please call the team and they will come straight away. What a wonderful, caring community!

Margaret is very thoughtful and an extremely good host. The room was very clean and tidy and her communication excellent.

My room was compact but I also didn't pay a lot for it. It was great value for money
