Really comfy apartment, everything was clean, and as mentioned in the description. The toilet was clean, and I also had access to two of them outside of my room, so I wasn't in the case of waiting for a toilet. Much space to leave your stuff, including many clothes hangers. The location was really quiet 4 out of the 5 days I've been there. The location is pretty nice, it took me 20ish minutes to go to the city center, which was mostly downhill. There are many places all around the apartment including parks, markets and pharmacies. Really clear instructions when first time entering. Really flexible with when you will pickup the apartment keys, so I had not to be worried about my flight being late. Really good feature of opening the street door and the floor door with the application/internet link, instead of the keys.

The pillows were a bit small and the bed was noisy, but it was comfy. There is no particular view, which is a price I could accept for the piece and quiet.

The property is located in a very well connected located. Metro and bus lines are near by. Lot of restaurants around. The hotel also has a very well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator and cutlery. Also has a washing machine which can be used for free. Maria replies fast and is always there to help you. Even though all the communication was through the booking.com app, I received the information within time.

I just have two little niggles. 1. The Wi-Fi card was missing from my room. This made it a little difficult to connect to the Wifi. 2. I am not sure what type of air freshener was used in the rooms. My room was not smelling so good. After I opened the windows for a while it was all good. These are just two small niggles which I hope could be arranged better.

They have fully equipped kitchen it was easy to cook and prepare food. They have a washing machine also an iron, it was very handy to do laundry.

The room was very noisy, there was cars passing by all the time. It was tough to sleep even with ear plugs. I never seen anyone from the staff except the cleaning lady who doesn't speak English, in case you have questions you have to go through online channels.

Relatively large rooms, equipped kitchen, beds are ok. Location is quite convenient near the Saldhana an parque metro station.

The small details: 1 pillow for a double bed makes it less comfortable to sleep, the kettle didnt work and i had to make water using a pot.

There was a kitchen and laundry room.

The apartment was so silent and could not have a space to meet new residents. I found silent and isolated. And the common bath and restrooms were not so clean and the plates and some stuff in the kitchen were sticky and dirty. The bed was not comfortable and the rooms viewing street were colder due to the old window system and there is one heater and works loudly. I am sorry that I could not feel comfortable 😮‍💨

The property is close to two metro stations, which makes your life easier!! The rooms are tidy, and considering the quality, the price is good. Perhaps the communication between staff and guests could be better, but that can be improved. The check-in process is very well organized. There are enough bathrooms for everyone, and the kitchen is spacious with a washing machine and an iron. I stayed for 8 days in this property, and it's very convenient for longer stays. I paid around 70 euros per day for one person and a double bed in my room."
