Great stay at Thamel Boutique Hotel. The service was excellent, especially Saroj—he was very helpful and made our stay smooth and comfortable. The location is perfect and the room was clean. Would definitely recommend.

The complimentary pick-up service was seamless, even though my flight was significantly delayed. The driver didn’t demand for a tip. The best value for staying at this hotel is its location and the staff. Saroj at the front desk is incredibly helpful and will assist you in any situation. After checking out, I found it challenging to locate a direct bus to Besisahar at the Gongabu bus park. Despite working the night shift, he kindly offered to come out personally to help me out when I contacted him in desperation. This is truly amazing hospitality in the bustling touristy city. Hospitality as well as staff behaviour is very good. Rooms are neat and clean. This hotel located in prime area i.e in Thamel.

It was a great experience to stay for two days in the hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They tried best to accommodate my request for early check in. They gave me an upgraded room with proper ventilation. The breakfast was sumptuous to eat and they were accepting orders too. They made me feel easy and homely in a foreign country. I would specifically mention the good, friendly and helpful behaviour of Mr Saroj who was at front-desk who was very forthcoming and helpful. I would live to choose this hotel again for my next visit. Nearest landmark is Thamel market & Kathmandu Durbar Square. The hotel has lift and all modern facilities. It was clean and tidy.

Had an amazing stay at Thamel Boutique Hotel. The staff were genuinely warm, helpful, and always made sure everything was comfortable. A special shoutout to the manager, Jai, who was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. Great hospitality, great vibes, and overall a really good stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kathmandu.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the front desk staff. The receptionist was simply fantastic — incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay, always with a warm smile and great attention to detail. Perfect place to land at while visiting Katmandu or getting going on other trips. The hotel host was exceptionally helpful, the rooms had all that was needed, breakfast was varied, and served in a nice rooftop where we could catch the vibe from the Thamel. We did everything by foot too!
