"Repeat visit this time with office team ! A lesson to learn in services"

Once again visited this home away from home this time with the office team for annual kickoff. I chose the place for the extraordinary hospitality and support of Adhikari jee . From here we went to pokhara for our conference and stayed in a 5 star hotel . During the entire visit the team unanimously liked the Thamel Boutique Hotel as the best for the breakfast . Though the spread was bigger at the other more expensive properties but the delicious breakfast here beats every other place we tried during our 5 day trip . One of the colleagues forgot his wallet and other his watch and we were so happy that Adhikari jee so quickly responded to our call and kept our belongings safely handing over to us during our return from Pokhara If you have to learn how to bring smile to faces by exceptional service it’s a must stay here .

Exceptional Hotel.. has lift which is rare in KTM. great location. Staff including Saroj and Mandip makes you feel like home. Courteous and helpful. Clean bedsheets and towels, clean washrooms. Good quality breakfast. However, Breakfast can have some more options like pancakes , waffles and bakery items. Overall great experience. Will stay again and again 😊

Everything has gonna be arranged well there.all the staffs there are kind and full of passion on their duty. Foods from the rooftop restaurant are so good no matter breakfast or lunch. Sure, I recommend the Dal Bhat with mutton. It is worth to try.

Great staff. Can’t beat the price . Comfortable beds. Nice roof top deck. Has an inside and outside area. Would definitely stay here again Right in the heart of Kathmandu. Restaurants and shops at every turn
