الفطور كان غير متنوع و ممل و عند طلب قهوه غير الامريكانو تكون غير مشموله في بوفيه الفطور و رفضو الدفع بالكاش طلبنا منهم و ضع الفاتوره على الغرفه و رفضو ذلك و كذلك يوجد اشغال في الطريق الخارجي و سبب لنا ازعاج مع العلم لا يوجد تكيف في الغرف

Amazing breakfast, relaxibg atmosphere,

There should be more harmchairs on the suite. Big but empty + ice ring was not working +would have expected saunas ir swimming pool for that price

Stylish hotel, nice lobby, nice fireplace, breakfast was good.

1. Staff with the attitudes. 2. All my stay I felt like invisible. 3. Zero service and zero hospitality. Many times was asked to leave the lounge zone near fireplace just because it was “reserved” for somebody else, but it was empty for very long time. 4. All the staff pretends that they don’t understand you and don’t speak any language except Georgian. 5. At the breakfast while I was eating the waitress came and asked to leave the table because it reserved for the owners. 6. Such a pity that guests are nothing in this hotel or it’s only the way they treat Ukrainians. 7. No ventilation, broken door in the room, no sound isolation.
