Stylishly presented, and the few facilities they had were genuinely good quality - massage was great, and the food (when they brought the right order) was also nice.

All style and no substance - agree with everyone’s reviews - the rooms are too dark to be practical, and there’s no master switch to turn off all of the individual lamps. The rooms are incredibly noisy so a good nights sleep is impossible. Our TV was broken and was not smart, so no Netflix (basic requirement for a quality hotel). No pool or spa area. Staff were either rude or couldn’t be bothered to do their jobs - concierge wouldn’t help book ski lessons or horse riding despite advertising these activities on their website. In the end we gave up and booked it ourselves. Food orders for room service constantly came late, separately and often totally wrong dishes. The lounge and restaurant are stylish and great for big groups, but nowhere near enough space to cater for the number of guests they have, so getting a seat is impossible, meaning there’s no possibility of cosy apres ski. Considering we paid nearly £300 a night, this was an incredibly disappointing experience and I’d urge people to not book this hotel. For this price I’d expect a genuine 5 star experience with a working concierge, decent service, a place to relax and some extra facilities like a spa or pool. Feels like it could have been an amazing hotel, but they’ve missed the mark in too many ways for it to be worth visiting
