Nothing was so many issues with the place from nit having utensils for the kitchen ants bitting us when sat at the table

Breakfast was always cold no hot water in the kitchen sink also no hot water in the bathroom sink swimming pool was always very cold also no Internet for 3 days problems with the shuttle service Breakfast was the same for 2 weeks and not as the pictures shown on your site was so unhappy I asked for a refund and they said,that I needed to contact booking.com

It’s private, exclusive villa. You get a private time with your family. Will come back!

They are strict with excess person. You have to pay each time.

The villa was the perfect size for two adults and our baby. It's absolutely amazing to wake up and be able to go straight out to take a dip in your own private pool. Water was a nice temperature. The breakfast was great as well. They mix it up every day, so you always get something new. The beds are super comfy! I would definitely recommend staying here!

I guess it is to be expected in the provinces, but we had to deal with A LOT of ants around the kitchen and outside dining area. We visited a bit out of peak season, and the staff were incredibly nice - however, we wish house keeping would be more structured. Sometimes, it took several hours for them to pick up the breakfast when we were done. They don't serve anything else than breakfast. Anything else you want, mango shake, cold soda, lunch snack, etc. is all something that has to be ordered through a delivery service or bought outside and bring it back home. I would have rated the whole trip 10/10 if it had been possible to make some small orders for fresh shakes or small meals directly at the villas.

I loved the aesthetics and how we had our own pool.

Staff are very friendly and courteous Very generous serving of delicious Breakfast Proximity to the town proper - they run a shuttle service every hour from 9am to 9pm, but if you need to go earlier or stayed late outside, you will need to find a transport to take you in and out of the villa.

Bed is big and confortable but, the wooden base though fancy, makes getting in and out of the bed difficult. i had a bruise on my calf. No option for early check in despite us telling them our flight will arrive at 12:05pm Maintenance and housekeeping is poor - Bali Vila needs to update to usb chargers so we can recharge atleast our phones without a need for an adaptor . We checked in to an overflowing toilet and a shower that is not working. Despite request for housekeeping, they never changed our linens. we used the same towels from day 1 to day 5.

Very quiet and very friendly staff.

Not a lot, I am a pretty quiet and easily pleased person.

Private pool is very nice, with nice undercover area. Room is huge with good aircon. Bathroom is Also large. Breakfast is nice with plenty of food offered. You can travel to Alona beach and white beach if you pay for a tricycle.

Shower is awful, no water pressure at all, needs to be fixed. Mosquitoes in pool once it starts to get dark. Villa is away from town so costs 200peso each way to get to and from. They have a bus but wasn’t working while we were there so we had to pay each trip.

Overall it was great. What stands out the most during our stay was the staff. Great stay!
